Exciting transformations are underway as we bring the next chapter of Dillard House to life. Here’s what you can look forward to as our renovation and expansion continues.

Grand Lodge

Nestled in the heart of the property, the Grand Lodge at Dillard House will feature 60 beautifully appointed guest rooms and introduce an elevated lodging experience. Guests will enjoy upscale accommodations, sweeping mountain views, a resort-style pool and bar, and a modern fitness center.

Newly Renovated Paddock and Valley View Lodge

The newly named Paddock Lodge Rooms and Valley View Lodge Rooms represent a full renovation of the property’s 75 existing guest rooms. Each room is being thoughtfully reimagined with upscale finishes, updated bathrooms, and refreshed décor that enhances comfort while honoring the charm and heritage of the Dillard House.

Treehouse Accommodations

Welcoming guests soon, our new treehouse lodging will offer a truly elevated stay among the treetops, combining luxury amenities with immersive mountain views for an unforgettable resort experience.

The Spa at Dillard House

Opening in late 2026, this new spa sanctuary will feature four treatment rooms, manicure and pedicure services, and a full boutique retail experience. The Spa will serve as a tranquil retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation in the mountains.

Rabun Brewery

Launching summer 2026, Rabun Brewery will be the only brewery in Rabun County. Guests can enjoy seasonal craft favorites and a vibrant gathering space that celebrates local flavor and mountain spirit.

Doghobble Wine Tasting Room

Opening summer 2026, Doghobble brings one of North Georgia’s most exciting new wineries directly to Dillard House. Guests will enjoy curated tastings, exclusive pours, and a refined wine experience steps from their accommodations.
