Dillard House Restaurant

Rock House Tavern

Opening in late 2026, Rock House Tavern will showcase authentic farm-to-table cuisine through chef-crafted menus, seasonal ingredients, and signature tasting experiences inspired by southern Appalachia’s rich culinary heritage.

Rabun Brewing

Arriving summer 2026, Rabun Brewing will be Rabun County’s only craft brewery, serving a rotating selection of seasonal favorites and small-batch creations in a lively, mountain-inspired setting.
