Paella & Pours at Dillard House

Doghobble Dillard and Dillard House are teaming up for our very first joint event: an evening of Spanish flavor, co-hosted by both of us. On Wednesday, October 14th, Chef Darrell and the Dillard House team will prepare paella on a traditional pan right outside the historic Rock House, and we’ll pour a Doghobble wine with every course.

🍷 The night starts at 6pm in our tasting room, and we recommend kicking things off with a glass of our new Sparkling Pinot Meunier, available for purchase. At 7pm, we’ll move to the Dillard House dining room for dinner, where Chef Darrell will introduce each course and Winemaker Sean Wilborn will walk through the tasting notes of each wine pairing.

🎟️ Tickets are $78 Per person – includes dinner, wine pairings, gratuity and a guided evening with Chef Darrell and Winemaker Sean Wilborn, who will introduce each course and wine.

🍽️ Menu – Patatas Bravas with Salsa Brava and Aioli, Chef Darrell’s Paella, Bunuelos de Viento (Spanish-style donuts) with Warm Chocolate Sauce, and Doghobble Wine Paired with Every Course.
