Our PoliciesThe Dillard House is a privately owned property and business. We reserve the right to decline service to any party and we maintain the authority to ask guests to leave to premises at any time under any circumstances. We will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests, loss of money, jewelry, valuables or any loss or damage to property.The Dillard House is a smoke free facility. Smoking is not allowed in our restaurant or any of our accommodations. We enjoy the company of pets at The Dillard House; however, we must respect the tolerance and comfort of all our guests. Therefore pets are only allowed in the Meadows, and Blue Ridge sections of the hotel. Pets are never allowed in any Jacuzzi chalet, Jacuzzi suite or cottage with a Jacuzzi. |
