This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Dillard House is a smoke free facility, except in the Oaklawn section of the motel. Pets are only allowed in the Meadows, Blue Ridge and Oaklawn sections of the motel. Pets are not allowed in chalets with jacuzzis.

For motel rooms and cottages Sunday through Thursday night you must cancel before 4 pm the day of arrival. For motel rooms and cottages Friday and Saturday nights you must cancel before 3pm the day before arrival. Holiday cancellation for motel rooms is 72 hours prior to arrival date. For chalets, you must cancel before 3pm 14 days prior to the arrival date. Standard cancellation policy do not apply to group reservations.
