Chalet Village

Chalet Village encompasses approximately ninety acres of woods and mountain-side two miles north of Dillard House. Located in Chalet Village you will find a collection of twenty-five chalets, one of which is certain to meet every need, from honeymooners to families.

A perfect get-away for two can be had in one of our small, rustic A-frame chalets. These are perfect for students, singles, couples and small families that are looking to experience the simpler things in life, such as the woods and mountains at your front deck. These chalets include a living area with large stone fireplace to enjoy in cool weather, fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with a full bath and an open loft with a double bed.

Honeymooners will love one of our chalets with a Jacuzzi tub and private deck. These chalets are very luxuriously furnished including a king-size four poster bed in the master suite, fully equipped kitchen, rock fireplace, and large spacious rooms. All include a separate Jacuzzi room off the master suite with it's own private deck. A perfect way to spend a honeymoon or special anniversary weekend. Each of the honeymoon chalets are secluded, surrounded by beautiful native trees with gorgeous mountain views from the decks. Open the door from the Jacuzzi room to the private deck and enjoy the view from the Jacuzzi! These chalets also have a large open loft bedroom with a queen bed and another full bath. We have several chalets that will accommodate a large family or even be shared by more than one family. For example, our largest is a three bedroom plus a bunkroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the bunkroom upstairs has four double beds. With that many people, you'll appreciate the three full baths. The rooms in this unit are quite large and include two sleeper sofas in the living room, which means this chalet can sleep up to eighteen! There is deck stretching across the back from which you can enjoy an incredible view of the mountains. This chalet would work great for a youth group or family reunion.

For those looking for something "in between" we also have something for you! We have mid-size chalets to suit your needs. These are perfect for two couples wishing to share a chalet, or a family with several older children, as they feature three bedrooms and two full baths. Some of these units are all on one level, which may be something you require.

At Chalet Village you can be assured of the same outstanding quality in accommodations and appointments for which the Dillard House is famous. All of our chalets have completely equipped kitchens, stone fireplaces with firewood, color cable TV and daily housekeeping.

Onsite amenities for our Chalet Village guest include an inviting swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi spa, tennis courts, trout pond and hiking trails. Our beautiful area has much, much more to offer. You can find exciting winter activities on the ski slopes of nearby Sky Valley Ski Resort, or invigorating summer action on several local golf courses (the nearby Sky Valley, Kingwood, and Highlands Cove). There are many other pleasant activities in the North Georgia Mountains and nearby North Carolina.
