Cancellation Policy

For motel rooms and cottages Sunday through Thursday night you must cancel before 4pm the day of arrival. For motel rooms and cottages Friday and Saturday night you must cancel before 3pm the day before arrival. Holiday cancellation for motel rooms is 72 hours before arrival date. For Chalets you must cancel before 3pm 14 days prior to the arrival date.
