Recipe of the Month - Country Ham

Dillard House Country Ham

2 pc Country Ham cut in half to make 4 pc
4 tbs bacon grease
2 tbs brown sugar
½ cup water
½ cup coffee


Put bacon grease in fry pan until hot. Place ham in pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side until browned. Take ham out.

Put brown sugar in with ½ cup of coffee and ½ cup water and bring to a boil. Place ham back in and let simmer for 5 minutes covered.
